I've used them before -- quality is good, though the pages don't feel as heavy as the pages from Shutterfly do.
They seem to offer this flat-rate sale a couple of times a year, presumably when their business gets slow. I just tried looking in Expired Deals to see the last times they offered this deal, but I was unsuccessful. Perhaps fatwallet is not caching Expired Deals for very long anymore?
I seem to be the only person who posts when Winkflash announces their flat rate sale...maybe I'm the only person on their mailing list. I'm not affiliated with Winkflash in any way (except as an occasional customer). Whenever they (or Shutterfly, or MyPublisher, or whoever) offers these deals, it seems to be a super-inconvenient time for me to take the time to design a book (which can be really time-consuming!) Winkflash offers this special often enough that my new strategy will be to make a 100-page book project at Winkflash when it's convenient for me, but not order the book until their next flat-rate sale.

Final random note -- got an email from MyPublisher announcing that they're "partnering" with Shutterfly...as far as I can tell, Shutterfly has acquired MyPublisher. From a consumer's perspective, it's sad to see another photo book company disappear. Less competition = fewer deals for the customers and worse deals overall. Remember Ofoto? Kodak bought them, then went out of business. Remember PhotoWorks? I think they got bought by American Greetings...and then went out of business. At least we still have Winkflash as a competitor for Shutterfly.
